Where can we bring electronic items to be recycled? 

Basura Bash has partnered with SA3 Community Recycling for the collection of e-waste. This locally-owned company accepts curbside recycling of gently used clothes, shoes, and household items.

All E-Waste can be dropped off during Basura Bash at their facility located at:
818 Chestnut Street, San Antonio, Texas 78202

Here are the items being accepted for recycling:

• Appliances, “anything with a cord”
• Computers, Electronic and Peripherals (working or not)
  • Printers, faxes, copiers, scanners, cell phones, phones & phone systems, desktop computers, laptops, radios, cable boxes, flat screen monitors, flat screen TVs, wires & cords, networking equipment, remote controls switches, modems
• Metal / Aluminum Items
  • Wiring, file cabinets, old tools, etc.

They also accept the following in RE-PURPOSABLE CONDITION ONLY

• Clothing
  • Wearable clothing, purses, belts, baseball caps, shoes
• Paired Shoes
• Dishes, Glassware, Utensils
• Linens, Towels, Sheets, Blankets
• Kitchenware
  • Pots, Pans, Silverware
• Hard & Soft Toys
• Books – no textbooks
