Salado Creek at Tobin Park – COSA D10

Salado Creek – Tobin Trailhead – COSA District 10

Please join City Council District 10 at Salado Creek at Tobin Park for Basura Bash.  Parking will be available next door at the Cancer Care Center.  We recommend blue jeans and closed toe shoes for this location.

Registration tables will be at the beginning of the trailhead near the parking lot – this is the location to turn in liability forms and where late applicants can register.

Safety during the event – Some slopes of the creek bed are steep. Please remain on level ground, watch your footing, and if you see trash items out of reach, please move on to a more accessible area. Due to the conditions of the trail and waterway, we ask that a parent or guardian accompany all children under the age of 12 at all times. District 10 SAFFE officers will be riding ATVs and ferrying large trash bags back to the collection point and offering assistance to volunteers.
